Happy Spring everyone! I know my last post was a bit intense because things have been pretty rough lately due to school. I haven’t exactly been thriving lately, so to speak, but I’m still making it through. To be honest, not much has changed – the past two weeks have been just as, if not even more, crazy and there’s definitely more crazy to come.

However, you could say the light at the end of the tunnel is near: I have just over two weeks left of my undergrad and then it is over!! It is pretty crazy to believe. On top of that, the sun has FINALLY come out in Vancouver and it has been very warm out the past few days, which has really lifted everyone’s spirits, including mine. I am hopeful that the next two weeks will be not all bad stressful crazy, but a little bit of good crazy too.

With that said, I haven’t done much exploring in Vancouver or around UBC lately because I’ve been bogged down with schoolwork. I have definitely had many of those smaller, yet equally important, moments though – staying up late to finish a paper last minute (procrastination at its finest), cramming in the final details for group projects, putting the final touches on presentations, and also wondering how to balance all of it without losing my mind (just a little bit).

The next couple of weeks has plenty in store as well, but I am gearing up for more of those big moments. I have a bunch of exciting final projects wrapping up which I cannot wait to share with all of you, and I’m also hoping to get the chance to take part in some exciting events if I have the time and ability to do so (did someone say storm the wall?! Block party?!?). Plus, pretty soon I’ll be handing in my final paper and writing my final exam of my degree EVER! I think that is definitely something to look forward to, and something worth celebrating when it’s done.
