Getting realllllll deep about mental health over on the blog today, looking back on the roller coaster of a journey I’ve had in 2020. Full disclosure, I’ve struggled with mental health for quite a few years so the struggles I have faced this past year weren’t *caused* by 2020, but it definitely made me realize the importance of taking care of my mental health. As much as so many people want to hate on 2020 and everything that it brought, I can’t fully hate on the year that truly changed everything for me and made me realize what’s really important. I know that I’m not alone and many people have struggled with their mental heath this past year, and the start of 2021 definitely hasn’t made things any easier. I want you to know that YOU aren’t alone either if you are struggling, which is why I’m sharing my story. Hope you can relate in some capacity, and know that it’s completely okay to be struggling and working through things and growing all at once. See more at the link in my bio. Sending love to you all. xo 💛💛💛 #mentalheath
